Main features:

1.First unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder all adopt air-expansion shaft.

2.First unwinder is equipped with photoelectric correction device.

3.The tension of first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder is respectively controlled by its own magnetic powder clutch.

4.Glue spreading by mesh roller; scraper imported from Switzerland; the scraper will oscillate when glue spreading.

5.Main motor adopts frequency conversion adjusting speed, Panasonic frequency converter.

6.The inner of laminating hot-roller is heated by heat-conducting oil, uniform temperature and energy saving.

7.Glue spreading pressure roller and laminating pressure roller adopt pneumatic press-adding machanism, whose pressure can be regulated.

8.The total length of oven is 7.5m. The inner guiding rollers are shaped in arch, driven by chain initiatively.

9.The oven is heated by electricity; it is devided into three sections of independent temperature control; the temperature in every section can be regulated independently.
